I am using Diana F+ Instant Back+ to have instant image appear. It look like Polaroid. You can use any accessories to shoot and it can work. I could say that what you see is what you get.

If you are using Diana F+, I can recommend you to get Instant Back+ and you will not regrets for sure! But be prepare to buy more mini instant films as it can take only 10 times only!
In the beginning, you might waste few film as the adjustment of the camera is very important!

Especially the N and the B mode! Remember, if you are taking in the DAY time, please adjust to N mode and if you are taking in the Night time, please adjust to B mode and cloudy setting.

Remember, if you are taking scenery photo, it is advice to bring tripod along or you need to hold it tight, else your image is very blur or unless you purposely make the image to be blur.
